In operation since 1962, our tubing division and its specialist fabricators are well-known for manufacturing small diameter build-to-print precision kits, assemblies and sub-components for the aerospace, space, defense, medical and automotive industries, as well as commercial OEMs. Our facility supports a wide variety of applications, including hydraulic plumbing, fluid, oxygen, and air conveyance systems, wing actuation, deicing, and more. In addition to complex tube bending, we are highly qualified to perform other value-add services such as internal pressure testing, including autofrettage, and on-site repair assistance for hydraulic lines.
Our machining division and expert employee base specializes in CNC machining and close tolerance precision machining for businesses from a variety of industries. With a unique approach to tool holding and machining, we are known for our superior craftsmanship and our ability to help our clients solve complex machining issues.
Our welding division is one of the few shops in the Pacific Northwest specializing in both micro- and laser beam welding in addition to maintaining mission-critical accreditation in D1-4426, BAPS 172-034, and Nadcap special process approvals in fusion welding and torch brazing. In operation for over 35 years, Clackamas Welding’s team is qualified to perform structural welding for some of the most demanding companies in aerospace in addition to clients in the semiconductor, tool & die, defense, and commercial industries. Our exacting products and ability to deliver for a wide range of precision welding applications is due to the critical eye of our on-site certified welding inspector and the rigorous standards upheld by our team of certified welders. Our team has the ability to weld with virtually any alloy, including stainless steel, titanium, inconel, and aluminum
